I am a proud graduate of Trinity Christian Academy and
the University of North Florida.
I graduated
from Trinity in 2003 and from UNF in 2010 with a
Bachelors’ degree in Health Administration.
My
career started at Baptist Health and Wolfson Children's
Hospital as an Associate Care Provider for both adults
and children.

The Distinguished Alumnus Award is intended to honor the achievement and service of alumni of Trinity Christian Academy.

Betty Andrews Tennis Complex
 On
April 24 our
tennis courts were officially opened! The lead donor on
the tennis courts was the Andrews family, who gave the
gift in memory of Betty, wife of Clint. Suzanne Brunson
(’79) Andrews cut the ribbon to open the courts for
use. We would like to thank everyone who had a part in
making the dream a reality!

6 New Courts!
TCA Shooting Team and Shooting Club
 This
school year TCA started a shooting team and a shooting
club. The team had 4 boys compete, all of whom earned
the NRA qualification of Sharpshooter. Next year the
team will expand to include a junior varsity and a
varsity team.

team was made possible by sponsorships from the Friends
of the National Rifle Association and the Safari
Club International.
Due to the high demand for the
program, a shooting club was started for the fall and
spring school semesters. The club currently meets on
Friday afternoons, allowing novice shooters the ability
to improve their rifle skills. Next year they plan on
adding pistols and shot guns to the club. As a community
service outreach, the team meets monthly at the
Jacksonville Gun Club to help handicapped individuals
from Brooks Rehabilitation who have a desire to
participate in shooting sports. The students are
learning at a young age that even their hobbies can be
used as a means to help others.

Mark your calendars!
TCA football homecoming is
November 7. We will have an alumni dinner before the game. We had a great response in 2013, and we want to make it bigger and better this year. We will be recruiting volunteers to help run the event. More details will be announced in the following months.
